Yes, free of charge up to two days (48 hours) before the appointment, via the links in the appointment confirmation, by email or by telephone. For shorter notice, the terms of our General Terms and Conditions apply.
You will usually receive a download link by email within 48 hours. It is valid for three days and downloads all images as a ZIP file. After that, you can find your images at any time in your customer account.
You will receive an invoice, payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
We are based in Wernetshausen (Hinwil) in the Zürcher Oberland. We photograph throughout the canton of Zürich and beyond, across Switzerland, for example in Schaffhausen, St. Gallen, Aargau, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, Graubünden or Glarus.
